1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing guestradar.xyz (“Guest Radar”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Guest Radar is operated by Flight Studio Limited.

2. Service Description

Guest Radar provides YouTube channel analytics through Google's YouTube API Services. By using our service, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user
• You must be authorized to connect the YouTube channel(s)

4. YouTube Data Access

• You grant Guest Radar permission to access your YouTube data via OAuth
• We access only the data necessary for service functionality
• You can revoke access through your Google account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share account credentials
• Interfere with service operation
• Access data without authorization
• Reverse engineer the service

6. Service Availability

• We strive for continuous availability but don't guarantee uptime
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• Service maintenance may cause temporary interruptions

7. Intellectual Property

• Guest Radar retains all rights to service components
• You retain rights to your YouTube content
• No license granted to our intellectual property

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party actions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violation
• Extended inactivity
• Suspected abuse

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or service announcement.
